How it works
Every workflow follows the same three rules, gets tested on your own past work before it goes live, and keeps a record of every run.
It reads incoming requests, emails and project updates, then drafts briefs, reports and tasks inside the tools your team already uses.
If a date, price, owner or detail is missing or unclear, it marks it for a person instead of guessing.
Anything that reaches a client waits for a one-click yes from your team, usually right in Slack.
This example uses made-up data. A messy request comes in, a brief is drafted, the missing launch date is flagged, a person approves, and the tasks are created.
Every run is written to a log: what came in, what was drafted, who approved it, how long review took, and anything that failed. That log is how we measure whether it's actually saving time.

4 tasks created and loggedOwners and due dates set. The run is written to the log.
We run it on a sample of your past requests, emails or reports and check every result against what your team actually did.
For the first week it runs next to the person who does the job today, not instead of them. We compare results and fix what it missed.
Once it's running, we review the log monthly, fix anything that changed in your tools, and send you a short results report.
We build inside what you already use: ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Gmail, Google Workspace and similar tools, connected with n8n or Zapier. Drafting is done with Anthropic's Claude. Your team doesn't need to learn a new app.
The audit finds the three tasks most worth handing off.
